K-Grams Programing Council
The KPC is a group of members that assist the Board or Directors with planning and executing our pen pal program. If you are looking for a way to get more involved in a club this year (specifically K-Grams) consider applying to become a Hall Head or Letter Liaison!
Letter Liaison
Letter Liaisons serve as the liaison between your Hall Heads and fellow pen pals and assist in the letter collection process.
✓ Notify college pen pals when letters are due & ready for pick up
✓ Serve as the main source of information for college pen pals regarding letters, letter-writing parties, and other events
**This position is open to all members — including first year members!**
If interested and willing to accept relevant responsibilities, email a paragraph regarding your interest along with your desired dorm/location to penpaldirectors@umich.edu.
Hall Head
Hall Heads are responsible for the maintenance of the pen pal program in one to two assigned residence halls (or groups of students) and elementary schools.
✓ Collect letters from letter liaisons and review letter content
✓ Deliver and pick-up letters from elementary schools
✓ Attend monthly meetings and take on other KPC responsibilities
**For this position we prefer at least one year of experience within K-Grams & access to a car to transport letters**
